About the congress:
Conference Date and Location
3rd Propolis in Human and Bee Health Conference will be held during 24-26 September 2020, at Hilton Bosphorus Hotel, İstanbul.
Official language of the conference is English. During the congress, there will be simultanious translation from Turkish to English and from English to Turkish in line with the scientific program.
Registration and Information Desk
Registration and information desks will stay open starting from 24 September 2020, during 07:00am-09:00pm. Our guests will be welcomed by SERENAS staff in every hotel.
All participants will be given name badges. To maintain the order of the congress, we kindly ask you to wear name badges all the time.
The congress invitation letters will be given to the participants by the Congress Secretariat upon request. This type of invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. This type of invitation letter holders, will pay for their registration and accomodation fees.
If the cancellation is notified by 15 March 2020, the registration fee will be fully refunded. No refunds will be made in registration cancellations after this date. All refunds will be made within one month after the end of the congress. Transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.

Time zone: Turkish Standard Time is 2 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+2).
Electricity: General Household electric power is 220 volts, 50 Hz, with round-prong European style two pin plugs that fit into recessed waall sockets. You will need a voltage converter, and plug adapter in order to use other type appliances.
Currency: Official currency is Turkish Lira, so we advice you to change your money beforehand.
Transportation: There are two airports in İstanbul, Sabiha Gökçen Airport(SAW) and İstanbul Airport(IST). You can either use SAW or IST as Taksim is in the middle of both airports.
